Human Performance was my life as an Olympic athlete. I'm still fascinated with human performance but at a more relaxed, non competitive, age appropriate level. What make us go round?

..but it can be a Road to Gold...
This is going to be the new national throwing center! I am moving up to Portland and I am excited to be able to see this center. It is about time the US has a good facility apart from the USOC training centers! Bravo Mac!
